Terms of service
These are the general terms of service for MedFlow. Exact legal terms and obligations are defined in the service contract, which is signed separately with each client.
Service usage
The MedFlow service may only be used for lawful purposes. The user is responsible for the security of their account and must keep their login credentials secure.

Intellectual property
All MedFlow platform content, software and technology are MedFlow intellectual property. The user has no right to copy, modify or distribute platform components.

- License is limited to service use
Liability
MedFlow provides the service 'as is'. We are not liable for direct, indirect or consequential damages that may arise from using the service.

- User is responsible for backing up their data
Termination
The user or MedFlow may terminate service use with reasonable notice. Upon termination, user data will be exported according to the agreement.

Contract terms
A separate service contract is signed with each client, which includes more detailed legal terms, pricing and obligations.
Contract period
Typically 12 months, with the option to extend. For longer contracts (24 or 36 months) we can offer better pricing.
Contract changes
Contract changes are made in writing and both parties must confirm them. Significant changes require contract renewal.
